Rotary Down Under magazine features Cowra resettlement

I just picked up my December Rotary Down Under magazine and found this article on page 41. Unfortunately it does not specifically mention our fellow member Emmanuel by name or his organisation www.GLAPD.org.au but it does a great job of recognizing Rotary‘s role in resettlement.
As I recall, Emmanuel captured our Rotary district’s attention with his eloquent presentation at the 9685 district conference in Parkes a few years ago! – Lucy
